Robert joined Chambers in January 2024 having previously practiced locally.

Robert studied Law (LLB and LLM) at Aberystwyth University before completing a MSc at Swansea University. Robert obtained a scholarship from Inner Temple to undertake the BPTC at Cardiff University.

Robert has developed a broad practice and accepts instructions in private and public law children matters and financial remedy proceedings.

Robert has a busy family law practice, accepting instructions in a range of family matters at all levels including the High Court.

Robert accepts instructions in both public law and private law children cases. He represents local authorities, parents, guardians, and interveners at every stage of proceedings.

Finance

Robert undertakes all aspects of financial remedy cases including the claims of interveners. He also advises and represents cohabitees in relation to their property disputes under TOLATA.
